Further Information
Lower legs and feet massage
A massage treatment to help improve circulation, reduce swelling and relieve sore, tired muscles. It can also help with joint mobility. It is a relaxing treatment using oils and can help lower blood pressure.
Indian Head Massage
A fully clothed seated massage that uses firm but gentle techniques to relax and relieve the build up of tension and stress related symptoms. The treatment includes massage to the upper back, neck, shoulders, upper arms, face and scalp. These are important energy centres of the body where tension tends to accumulate, causing stiffness in the neck and shoulders.
Aromatherapy Massage
A natural treatment involving the therapeutic use of essential oils to attain a physical, spiritual and mental health equilibrium. The healing power of essential oils, which have been extracted from plants, has been known in cultures for over 4000 years. Essential oils can promote a sense of wellbeing and help to relax tense and tired muscles.
Before commencing the treatment, appropriate essential oils are selected and blended to suit the client’s individual needs. The client is given the opportunity to smell the oils, to ensure that they are happy with the scent of the blend, before treatment is carried out.
